    【仕事内容】

    【職務内容】

    ■日米の会計基準の調査・管理(会計処理)、新規会計基準適用対応、複雑な取引に対する会計処理の検討。新規ビジネス(新規商品、企業買収、関連会社設立等)に係る会計処理の検討等を主業務としつつ、会計処理、報告プロセスの構築、事業部門からの要請に基づく各種プロジェクトへのフィナンス領域からの関与。

    ■公認会計士との契約締結並びに委託事項の管理、外部監査対応窓口、財務報告に係る内部統制評価に関する事項(内部監査部所管業務を除く)に関しての経理企画課長の補佐

    ■最新の会計動向をアンテナ高く収集し、新規投資資産の増加、高度な投資手法・投資戦略への適切な会計の対応方針を思考

    ■投資資産の分散化、より高度な投資手法・投資戦略の導入に適切に対応しつつ、日米の投資会計部門が適切かつ効率的に会計処理・レポーティングを実施することを支援

    ■新たな事象に適切な会計方針を選択する、あるいは新たな会計基準の導入を図る際には、既存の経験・知識にとらわれることなく、最適な対応を思考する必要がある。さらに、プロセス改善のために既存のプロセスの改善にとどまらず、新たなソリューションを導入する(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

    【求める人材】

    【必須経験・スキル】

    ■金融業界、会計事務所にて専門職としての実務経験、あるいは同等の経験

    ■公認会計士(JICPA)又は米国公認会計士(CPA)の資格、あるいは同等の資格

    ■英語でのコミュニケーション能力があること(ビジネスレベル)

    【歓迎経験・スキル】

    ■SAP等のERPシステムに精通していること

    【求める人物像】

    ■非喫煙者もしくは入社時点で喫煙されない・禁煙する意志がある方
