    • 豊富な人材ソーシングや採用経験を有する。(金融業界経験歓迎)

    The Role

    Your aim as a Recruiter is to get to know your client and their working culture, that allows you to identify exactly what their resourcing needs are and to create effective hiring strategies.

    You'll be involved in the recruitment process from beginning to end, working with multiple internal teams. Confident and highly credible, you'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements, sourcing strategies, target talent profiles, agreed timeframes, and responsibilities. Document the outcomes of these discussions to ensure alignment.
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to market trends and hiring demands.
    • Proactively identify and attract top talent by leveraging a wide range of sourcing channels and techniques, including search engines, job boards, social networks, and professional networking platforms.
    • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring agility in response to business requirements.
    • Share market insights, competitor analysis, and talent trends with hiring managers to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
    • Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing detailed role briefings, interview preparation, and ongoing communication to deliver a positive candidate experience.
    • Accurately track and update candidate statuses within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and facilitating comprehensive reporting.
    • Ensure all sourcing activities and processes align with contractual obligations and client service level agreements, delivering a high standard of service excellence.

    Skills & Experience

    • Strong talent sourcing / recruiting background, preferably in Finance industry.
    • Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements. Experience of managing candidates through the recruitment process
    • Knowledge of various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
    • Builds and nurtures stakeholder relationships.
    • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Fluent – Native level in Japanese and English
