Job summary
Product Manager I
Responsibilities
- Four-quarter and annual sales targets are agreed upon, and sales plans are created accordingly, as well as KPIs are set and support is requested from the manufacturer.
- Setting strategic inventory and negotiating prices for strategic inventory, as well as adjusting delivery schedules for products already ordered.
- Regularly distributing newsletters and displaying banners on the company's EC site.
- Other: Implementing regular meetings with sales department staff, requesting the implementation of sales seminars and events, etc.
- Company sales-related tasks
- Managing sales targets for each department and implementing measures to increase sales, as well as managing cases and presenting sales forecasts.
- Supporting product pricing and sales case responses, mainly for strategic cases, adjusting case fill amounts, and increasing profit rates by filling in delivery amounts for shipped products, as well as simulating profit.
- License updates, in-house promotions for social internal products, and sales activities for the sales department.
- Other: Responding to inquiries from the sales department, registering products, announcing all company-wide announcements, creating product flyers, etc.
- Company cost improvement tasks
- Optimizing inventory, adjusting procurement and procurement adjustments, and purchasing products from inventory through collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Visualizing departmental costs to improve profits, re-setting sales prices, and understanding and implementing improvement strategies for profit improvement logic.
- Primary collaboration with other departments
- Collaboration with the sales department: End Point Sales Headquarters, Education Business Department, EC Sales Department, Advanced Solution Department
- Collaboration with the purchasing department: CMHW Procurement Department (product procurement and sales plan setting, etc.)
- Collaboration with the finance department: AR&Credit Department, AP&VCM Department (MDF management and execution approval consultation, price fill response, etc.)
Qualifications
- Understanding or having experience with the composition and structure of applications (subscriptions), or having studied it
- Having experience in the IT industry (2-3 years) is also acceptable
- Having sales experience is also acceptable
